Ikovox Coffee Shop is within the compound of Simmons Korean factory, situated an hour outside of Seoul in the countryside town of Icheon. Simmons hails from Wisconsin and has been around since 1870. With its fantastically curated display rooms, small museum and cozy coffee shop, Simmons Mattress Lab (시몬스 테라스) makes for a unique and educational visit.
Ikovox Coffee Shop overlooks the courtyard of the compound through tall windows. The ground floor is bustling with couples and friends snapping pics. The center of the coffee shop on the second floor is graced with lush greenery. The cafe is adorned with a minimalist indoor camping setup having long wooden tables and low fold-out chairs while the long bar offers a sink for washing your hands and a delicious menu at a reasonable price.

Due to COVID-19, Ikovox Coffee Shop is somewhat quiet these days. I can imagine on a normal day without a global pandemic, this place would be pretty packed. Orders and menu boards are included in front of the coffee shop counter. Since there is no separate menu board, you have to read carefully before ordering. Now, let us sip our coffee!
