In service and compassion, GSIA Security Agency Inc., in partnership with SanMar Solar, San Marcelino Police, 2nd Provincial PNP Mobile Force, and the 69th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army, successfully conducted a medical mission on March 8, 2025, at Santa Fe National High School, San Marcelino, Zambales.
The mission brought essential medical care, spiritual healing, and even personal grooming to the residents of Santa Fe. Hundreds of people, from children to the elderly, lined up for free medical check-ups, prescribed medicines, and prayers for healing and encouragement.
A Mission of Healing and Hope
The event focused on both physical and spiritual well-being. Licensed doctors checked the patients for various health concerns and provided free medications to those in need. Residents suffering from common ailments were given expert medical advice and prescriptions to help them recover.
SanMar Solar played a significant role in the mission by donating medicines, contributing 40% of the total medical supplies distributed to the patients. This generous donation ensured that more residents received the necessary treatments for their ailments.
Beyond physical care, the mission also provided spiritual support and inner healing. Volunteers prayed with the patients, offering words of encouragement and comfort. Many beneficiaries expressed their gratitude, sharing that the prayers and support lifted their spirits and gave them renewed hope.
“I came here feeling sick and heavy, but I’m leaving with not just medicine, but also peace in my heart,” shared one elderly woman after receiving both medical attention and prayer.
The 69th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army added a special service to the mission by offering free haircuts to residents. Young boys, fathers, and even senior citizens sat in the chairs, leaving with fresh, clean haircuts that boosted their confidence.
The San Marcelino Police and the 2nd Provincial PNP Mobile Force also played a crucial role in ensuring the event ran smoothly. They assisted in organizing the crowd, securing the area, and helping elderly patients get to the medical stations safely. Their presence reassured the community that they are not only protectors but also partners in service.

The success of this mission was a result of strong collaboration between different organizations, all with a common goal: to serve. Volunteers, doctors, security personnel, and military officers worked together to bring relief and hope to the people of Santa Fe.
Barangay Captain Rico Arquero, along with the health workers of Santa Fe, actively participated in the medical mission, ensuring that residents received the best possible care. Their involvement played a crucial role in reaching out to those in need and organizing the beneficiaries effectively.
Santa Fe National High School also extended its support by welcoming the medical mission to its grounds and offering rooms to cater to the program. This provided a comfortable space for medical consultations, spiritual counseling, and distribution of medicines.
