Pauline’s formal education in the culinary arts includes the Professional Chef Series at the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, New York), Master Class in Cooking at The New School-Manhattan and Food Styling Classes at the Institute of Culinary Education- New York.

How to get there?
Basically, if you are coming from Iloilo City proper, ride a jeepney bound to Megaworld, Iloilo Business Park. You can ride Mandurriao jeepney or to be safe, just inform the driver that you are going to Megaworld.
